Back in 2008, with a mission to do things differently, a small gym in Dublin became the unlikely site of a fitness revolution in Ireland.

With an attention to detail and an attitude that was built on hard work, brutal honesty, teamwork and celebrating success, we decided the era of boring, sterile and uninspiring gyms hard to come to an end - it was time to reset the industry.
